Family Law, Collaborative Divorce and Mediation
Jill is committed to helping her clients reach agreements without formal litigation. After 15 years in a traditional family law firm, she took inventory of the emotional and financial costs to clients who believed that acrimonious positioning was the only way through divorce proceedings. Jill is currently part of a coalition of professionals devoted to sharing information about alternatives to litigation. She works with her clients and colleagues to build agreements tailored to the specified goals and interests of both parties. Jill is president of Collaborative Practice Sonoma and president of Integrative Mediation Bay Area. She believes that co-creating settlement agreements empowers individuals to make conscious choices that will directly inform their futures in a positive manner.
