Kathleen Mullins Henderson is a Kenwood native with an unparalleled appreciation for Sonoma County and its people. She is an experience attorney knowledgeable in advising clients in varied areas of law including: family law, business and real property. She brings her passion for helping people resolve everyday issues to her Collaborative work in problem solving for the family.
Kate graduated from Empire College School of Law where she served as a mediator for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic. She also served as an editor of Empire Law Review and co-authored and published the article “I Can’t Promise I’ll Try, But I’ll Try to Try: Current Changes in California’s Water Planning Policies for Large-Scale Land Developments” (3 Empire L. Rev. 45 2008).
Prior to attending law school, Kate attended U.C. Davis where she graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nature and Culture. She continues to remain passionate about environmental preservation and is a founding board member of the Santa Rosa Parks Foundation. On any given day you might find Kate mountain biking, hiking, or kayaking in one of the many local Sonoma County parks.
